When you purchase an ITR filing service through our Website:

• You are required to provide your Full Name, Email, Phone Number, and PAN (Permanent Account Number).
• You may optionally upload financial documents (Form 16, bank statements, salary slips, Form 26AS, AIS/TIS reports, investment proofs, etc.).
• You agree that the information and documents provided are true, accurate, complete, and belong to you (or that you are authorised to share them).

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents submitted to us. We rely on the data you provide to perform our services. Any errors, omissions, penalties, or adverse consequences arising from incorrect information provided by you shall be your responsibility.

You understand that providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in errors in your tax filing, for which VJR Advisory Group shall not be liable.

5. Professional Engagement

5.1 Nature of Relationship

VJR Advisory Group provides professional advisory and compliance services. Our relationship with you is that of an independent service provider and client. Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

5.2 Professional Standards

All the services are delivered by respective experts, qualified professionals who are bound by their respective professional bodies.

5.3 Scope of Engagement

The scope of each engagement is limited to the specific service purchased or agreed upon. General information provided on our Website (including blog articles, FAQs, and educational content) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Specific advice is provided only within the context of a formal client engagement.

5.4 Client Cooperation

Timely delivery of our services depends on your cooperation. You agree to:

6. Payments & Refunds

6.1 Pricing

Service prices are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase (e.g., ITR filing plans). All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.

6.2 Payment Processing

All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods available on Razorpay. VJR Advisory Group does not store your card details, banking credentials, or UPI PINs. All payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay. A payment confirmation (including Razorpay Payment ID and Order ID) will be provided upon successful transaction.

6.3 Refund Policy

To request a refund, email contact@vjradvisorygroup.com with your Order ID and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6.4 Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted but the transaction fails or is not confirmed on our system, the amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If the refund is delayed, please contact us with your transaction details.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Website Content

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, layouts, design elements, and software — is the property of VJR Advisory Group or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
